General Returns
We offer a 14-day return period to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you decide an item is unsuitable or ordered the wrong product:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return the item within 14 days of notification in its original, undamaged packaging and condition.
Conditions for Refund or Exchange
- Goods must be fit for resale: undamaged, in original packaging, and unmodified.
- Items modified or repaired after dispatch are ineligible.
- Installed products are non-returnable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging items and using a tracked service.
- Return shipping costs are on the customers responsibility
Damaged Items
- Notify us within 3 days and provide photographs or video evidence.
- Damaged items must be returned for inspection in original packaging. Confirmed faults will result in a replacement or refund.
- This policy apply only to products that were damaged upon accepting delivery.
Faulty Products
- For faults within the warranty period, contact us. Faulty items must be returned for inspection. Based on findings, we may repair, replace, or refund the item. This does not cover misuse out of negligence or incorrect handling.
- Modifying an item voids the warranty and eligibility for refunds or replacements.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Faulty items within 6 months of purchase will undergo testing to determine if the fault existed at purchase.
