The T-BT does not use Wi-Fi and is not compatible with the SmartLife app. It works only with Herschel XLS heaters fitted with SMART-R.
Full features, controls, installation notes and specifications are below.
Key features
- Runs on 2 x AA batteries, so no electrician is needed
- Free-standing or wall mounted
- Manual mode, 7-day programme with four periods per day, and holiday (Away) mode
- Open window detection and adaptive start to save energy
- One thermostat can control several heaters in the same room

The T-BT turns your heaters on when the room is below the set temperature and off once it is reached.
