This shipping policy applies to all purchases made from Infrared Heating UK Ltd, including orders placed through our website, by email, over the phone, or directly through our office.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.
Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and non-mainland UK locations may take longer and may incur higher shipping costs due to courier surcharges.
Order Processing
Orders that are paid and received before 11:00 am are typically processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am may be processed the next working day.
Our aim is to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so they can arrive within 1–2 working days.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using reputable courier services including:
• DPD
• DHL
• ParcelForce
The courier used may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery time within mainland UK is approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and other non-mainland locations may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on courier operations and external factors.
Important Installation Advice
Customers should not schedule installers, tradespeople, or installation work until all materials have been delivered and received.
Infrared Heating UK Ltd cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred due to delayed deliveries outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Website Orders
Website orders currently have a flat rate shipping charge of £10.
Other Orders (Phone, Email or Office)
Orders placed outside the website have the following shipping structure:
• Free shipping on orders above £250
• £15 shipping charge on orders below £250
Large or Heavy Items
Certain products such as large heaters, glass heaters, insulation boards, or large orders may require pallet delivery.
Pallet deliveries are typically charged at £60.
Where pallet shipping is required, we will notify the customer before dispatch.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery may be available at an additional cost depending on courier availability.
Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery.
Local Collection
Customers may collect orders directly from our office by prior arrangement.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier and contact us as soon as possible.
Any delivery damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of order.
Infrared Heating UK Ltd cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Out of Stock Items
If part of an order is out of stock, we will contact the customer to discuss the preferred option, such as waiting for the full order or shipping available items first.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders quickly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
