Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all purchases made from Infrared Heating UK, whether you order through our website, by email, over the phone or at our office.

Shipping area

We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other non-mainland locations may take longer and may carry a courier surcharge, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.

Delivery charges

Website orders: £10 delivery on orders under £150. Free UK mainland delivery on orders of £150 or more.

Phone, email or office orders: £15 delivery on orders under £250. Free UK mainland delivery on orders of £250 or more.

Large or heavy items: some products, such as large heaters, glass panels, insulation boards or large orders, need a pallet delivery. Pallet delivery is usually £60, and we will always tell you before dispatch if your order needs it.

Saturday delivery may be available at extra cost, depending on the courier. Please contact us if you need it.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders paid for before 11:00 am on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am are normally dispatched the next working day.

Delivery to mainland UK usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or seasonal demand.

We ship with DPD, DHL and Parcelforce. The courier depends on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

Before you book an installer

Please do not book an electrician, floor fitter or other tradespeople until all your materials have arrived. We cannot accept responsibility for costs caused by delivery delays outside our control.

Damaged or missing items

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier and contact us. Please report any delivery damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address is correct when you order. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Out of stock items

If part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you to agree whether to wait for the full order or send the available items first.
