Warehouse and Industrial Heating

Warehouses, factories and trade units have high roofs, big doors and lots of air. Heating all of that air is slow and costly, and the warmth collects up in the roof. Infrared heaters warm people and surfaces directly, so staff at packing benches, workstations and loading areas feel warm straight away, while the rest of the building is left alone.

How we heat a warehouse

  • Spot or zone heating: heaters are aimed at the places people actually work, such as packing areas, benches, goods-in and offices on the floor.
  • High mounting: heaters go on walls, columns or hang from the roof, out of the way of forklifts and racking.
  • Simple controls: timers, thermostats or a booster switch, so heaters only run when a zone is in use.

Free heating design. Send us the floor plan or a few photos, the roof height and where people work. We will suggest the heaters, where to fix them and the power needed, and quote. Our installation partner Standard Electrical Services can quote to fit them.

Offices and staff rooms

For offices, canteens and staff rooms inside the building, slim infrared panels work well. See office heating. Pipes in cold areas can be protected with pipe heating cable.
