Electric Underfloor Heating

Our Carbon Infrared Underfloor Heating Film is designed for installation beneath floating floor coverings such as laminate and engineered wood. The carbon-based heating elements distribute heat evenly across the floor area, creating comfortable, radiant warmth throughout the room.

The film works by passing an electric current through its carbon heating layer, heating the floor directly above it. The warmed floor surface then releases radiant heat into the room, providing even, comfortable heating with fast response times.

At just 0.36 mm thick, the heating film fits discreetly beneath your flooring system and can be cut to size to suit each room layout, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications.

The system can be used as a primary heat source or alongside existing heating, depending on insulation levels and room requirements. It offers a clean, maintenance-free alternative to traditional heating methods.

Suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, offices and similar areas when installed under laminate or engineered wood flooring.

Please note:
When using softer floor coverings such as carpet, carpet tiles, or soft vinyl, a rigid MDF baseboard system must be installed above the heating film to provide stability and ensure correct heat transfer.

This product is not suitable for special locations under UK wiring regulations (such as rooms containing a bath or shower), as these areas require Class 1 heating products.
