Wireless Receiver Switching Unit (V23) is a device that works as a wireless relay point between the heating appliance and a Wireless Programmable Thermostat (V22). They are designed to be used together.
V23 receiver/switching unit needs to be wired into the heating appliance and positioned on the wall close to it. It also has a floor probe connection facility for use with underfloor heating. Up to 4 Wireless Receiver Switching Units (V23) can be controlled by a single Wireless Programmable Thermostat (V22).
When used together with a Wireless Programmable Thermostat (V22) it can provide temperature control to heating systems in domestic and light commercial buildings. It is ideal for use in renovation projects where it is impractical to run wires from the room thermostat to the heating appliance being controlled. It can be used to control all types of electric heating systems: underfloor, radiant panels or convector heaters.
