The Flexel ECOSUN S+ is a high output radiant panel made for big commercial and industrial buildings such as warehouses, factories, showrooms, sports halls and supermarkets, where warming all of the air would be slow and expensive.
Mounted high overhead, it heats the people and surfaces below directly while keeping floor and wall space completely clear.

Optional extras
Key features
- Rod heating element set inside an aluminium extrusion whose surface is silicated to boost heat emission
- High emissivity radiant face with a fully insulated galvanised steel casing (25 mm foil-backed Class O insulation)
- Only 60 mm deep
- Ideal for spot heating workstations as well as whole-building heating
- Radiant output is hardly affected by high ventilation or extraction rates
- No convection currents, so less dust is stirred up and there are no draughts
- People feel comfortable at a lower air temperature, helping to cut running costs
- Mounted out of reach, which frees up floor and wall space and reduces the risk of damage
Controls
The S+ is designed to be run from an air sensing thermostat. Browse our thermostats or contact us for help choosing controls for a large space.
Installation
- Fix horizontally to the ceiling using the mounting frame in the installation kit, or hang from drop rods or chains
- Mounting height from 3.5 m up to 8.0 m
- Optional ECOSUN TB tilt brackets allow the heater to be angled
- Protective grilles are available for each size
- Must be installed by a qualified electrician; our official installation partner, Standard Electrical Services, can install it
