Electric Heating Smart Thermostat is our latest smart thermostat designed specifically for electric underfloor heating systems. With a clean, slimline aesthetic, backlit display and illuminated touch keys, it delivers intuitive control for modern homes.
It can be configured either as a full programmable thermostat or as a timer, giving you the flexibility to manage electric heating as well as auxiliary applications such as towel rails or lighting.

Designed for Direct Electric Heating Control
Supplied with a 3-metre remote floor sensor, neoStat-e V3 supports multiple sensing modes — Air, Air & Floor and Floor Only — and can switch loads up to 16A, making it ideal for direct electric underfloor heating control.
Part of the Wider neo Smart Control System
When connected to the neoHub (sold separately), neoStat-e V3 integrates into the wider neo smart control system, enabling app control via neoApp and compatibility with leading home automation platforms.
The upgraded hardware platform also improves wireless Mesh coverage for stronger, more reliable communication.

FAQs
Is neoStat-e V3 compatible with all neoHubs?
No. neoStat-e V3 is compatible with neoHub (2nd Generation and later) and is not compatible with the original 1st Generation neoHub.
Why doesn’t neoStat-e V3 work with the 1st Generation neoHub?
The neo system has evolved to use newer connectivity standards that improve reliability, security and long-term performance. The original neoHub hardware does not support these newer technologies, which means it cannot communicate with the latest neoStat-e V3 thermostat.
This is a common and unavoidable part of developing modern, secure smart-home systems and ensures the neo platform can continue to support future features and updates.
Do I need to replace my neoHub to use neoStat-e V3?
If you currently have a 1st Generation neoHub, yes — a 2nd Generation neoHub or later is required to use neoStat-e V3.
