A 50 mm wide bitumen tape for insulating the crimped connections on carbon underfloor heating film. A piece pressed over each crimp, above and below the film, seals the joint fully before the floor goes down.
Sold by the metre, in lengths from 1 to 5 metres.

Installation
- Fit and crimp the connection crimps first.
- Place one piece of tape under the film and a second piece on top, covering the crimp completely.
- Press the two pieces firmly together so they mould around the crimp and cable, with no metal left exposed.
